EPV Request page
To get your Estimated Premium Valuation, we need you to either complete a simple online enquiry form or let us know the key information on the phone or in an email.
- Your name and contact details (name, phone number, email)
- The full address of the property to be valued, including its postcode
- What would the property sell for today, if offered with 99 years remaining on the lease? (This is not the existing shorter lease value)
- What might the existing lease sell for?
- The start date of the existing lease term, e.g. 99 years from 25 March 1970 (This is not the handwritten date that normally appears on the front page of the lease document)
- The length of the lease, which will normally be 65, 99 or 125 years
- The ground rents payable for the term of the lease, which is clearly stated in the lease, e.g. a rent increasing every 25 years or every 33 years or fixed for the entire term etc.
- For security reasons, please do not write your card payment details on an email or on the online form - instead we will take payment by telephone
We do not take online payment, so we will want to call you for payment details before we undertake the valuation. At that time we will also speak to you for clarification on any of the details provided, if necessary.
From there MyLeasehold will do the rest and report back to you within 24 hours, inside normal working hours.
