Desktop Valuation
A valuation of an individual lease will cost from £445 plus disbursements (Land Registry charges or other required detailed information) plus VAT.

Attended Site Valuation
The cost of an attended valuation starts from £950 plus disbursements (Land Registry charges or other required detailed information) plus VAT.

Each case will depend on the work involved as each case is specific. In the case of lessees wishing to purchase the freehold, our costs will depend on the number of flats in the building and our fees will therefore be quoted with reference to a time-incurred basis.
