About My Leasehold
MyLeasehold has been established by Mark Wilson (BSc, MRICS), a chartered surveyor who has worked in Central London and Marylebone for over 25 years. During this time he has developed and has provided a professional and expert valuation and negotiation property service to a range of institutions, landlords and tenants.
Mark uses his knowledge and technical know-how to provide landlords with skilled advice and support in disposing of property assets and to lessee(s ) / tenants who wish to take advantage of the new leasehold enfranchisement regulations. Mark is an expert in his field who will undertake the valuation and negotiation skilfully and diligently.
